When Cooler Shaker is placed into the freezer in just a few hours the gel is frozen locking in cooled air between the frozen expanded gel capsules. Add your chosen drink or mix. HOW TO BEST USE OUR SHAKER BOTTLES WITH SOFT FRUIT:
